What do I mean by Virtual Partner?

Going through my resume you will see that so far during my career whenever I was not actively consulting, I was managing companies.  Through my own experience and the many contacts I had with top managers - I came to understand that many would like to have someone as close as a friend or partner with who they could openly share the wildest ideas, challenges or opportunities without the risk of negatively impacting an established business relationship, divulging strategic & confidential information, not to mention the risk of sharing problems with  a subordinate and colleagues when you have no idea of how to address it. 

Does all of this sound familiar to you?  Whoever we are, whatever our background, from time to time it is imperative to get our ideas challenged or sanctioned in order to remain confident that we are making the right decisions!

When we start working together, you will rapidly become aware of my passion.  In no time I will be talking about our projects and our actions plans, they will become mine and I will wakeup at night thinking about them, just the way you probably do! 

My enthusiasm comes from my total commitment to the people, projects and companies I work with.   I love brainstorming with my friends and clients and I adore new ideas and new ways of doing things.  Since most of my work is done at the strategic level, I have a good overall understanding of the projects and their impact on all their stakeholders internal and external.   Perhaps, this gives me the capability of expressing  unbiased opinions concerning projects.  In most cases I will openly challenge and brainstorm in collegiality with my clients without the partiality of the company’s stakeholders.
